Student loan for UK students studying abroad?
I want to study in Canada and I think that would be able to obtain student loans than any other British citizen, but I've heard some can not, while others, I learned that I can. Student Finance Wales used the loan calculator and some non-UK institution, and concluded that there was "insufficient information" to calculate my rights. Direct funding for students (SLC for England), apparently I get tuition loans and loan maintenance of approximately 5,500 per year. I guess I do not expect the maintenance grant (although this would be good), but it certainly could get loans. What is the truth of this matter? Thanks in advance.
