in-state tuition virginia

Will I be considered in-state tuition?
I lived for 5 years in Maryland. I currently pay my community college as State of Registry. My godfather now lives in Maryland, but is considering moving to Virginia. Am I even considered as a bill of rights in the application of Maryland at College Park for the fall semester? I shall live in Maryland, the only thing is that my sponsors change location. Am I considered for the state?
The state is determined by the location where your home is Health. The permanent residence is where you live 6 months and 1 day per year. So if you live in Mayland then you are fixed. Contact the school to be absolutely sure of himself.
