To apply for citizenship in the UK, while attending college after two years?

Well, here's my situation. I would like to attend Oxford University for medicine. Recently I visited the site of Oxford and the tuition and fees are conveniently prices for UK students, while for international students at twice the price. Now, here is my question by saying that I attended Oxford University as a student abroad for two years. Can I apply for British citizenship after two years and receive the same price for medical school as citizens of the United Kingdom?

No, it can. UK universities are cheap for British students, because they are subsidized by the British government. They are expensive to international students, because that's what college actually costs. Becoming a British citizen has for many years unless they are married or who are eligible for ancestry visa. If you are smart enough to go to Oxford, you may be able to get some kind of prize, either from their country of origin or Oxford.
